Welcome to ChessMistakeDriller. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChessMistakeDriller mobile application (“the App”) developed and maintained by a solo developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported devices.
Lifetime License
If you purchase a “lifetime” license, it is valid for the life of the App—meaning as long as the App remains supported and distributed by us. This does not imply a guarantee of perpetual support, availability, or updates.
Third-Party Services
The App depends on external APIs provided by Lichess.org. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continuity of those services. If Lichess changes or discontinues its services, some features of the App may stop functioning. We cannot be held liable for such changes.
No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of chess evaluations or analysis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed chess opportunities, or game performance issues.
Intellectual Property
All original content, code, and design elements of the App remain our intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or modify the App.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, refund requests should be directed through the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), subject to their respective refund policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any behavior that interferes with the app’s integrity or user experience.

By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
